Hello Wildcats,
We are excited to welcome you to Back to School Night on August 19! This is a wonderful opportunity to meet your child’s teacher, learn about classroom routines and expectations, and hear about the exciting learning experiences planned for the school year.
Please check the times listed below for child’s grade-level meeting time. If your child is in a combo class, confirm times with your classroom teacher.
Back to School Night @5-7
- Grades K-2 Classroom Presentation- 5:00-6:00 p.m.
(Title I Info. Mtg./ cafeteria @ 6:00 p.m.) - Grades 3-5 Classroom Presentation- 6:00-7:00 p.m.
(Title I Info. Mtg./ cafeteria @ 5:30 p.m.)
If possible, we encourage families to make childcare arrangements so that students can enjoy the evening at home rather than sitting through the presentations. Childcare will not be provided at school. However, we understand that childcare is not always possible, and you are welcome to bring your child with you. If students attend, we ask that they remain with their families and quietly participate during the presentation.

- Please complete your Parent Confirmation Process in the Aeries Parent Portal. Keeping your student’s information up to date is important. Families who qualify may also be eligible for valuable benefits, including a free transit pass, the PG&E CARE Program, internet discounts, and a P-EBT card. - If your child completed the Summer Slide Reading Challenge, please have them turn in their reading logs to the office. Prizes will be given out next week.
